Town of Stow Seeks Bids for 2025 Lawn Maintenance Services

The town of Stow is seeking bids to complete Spring cleanup, regular lawn maintenance, and fall clean up at the following locations:

  • Hillcrest Cemetery

  • Emerson Cemetery

  • Town Hall

  • Old Town Hall

  • Center of town triangle


Spring cleanup

  1. removal of debris that has collected on hard surfaces, turf, planting beds, walkways, and areas immediately around the building;

  2. raking of the lawn

  3. removal of damaged or dead branches

  4. removal of debris and sand and sweeping of the walkways and parking lots

  5. clean up any plow damage ie dug up turf or rocks on lawn area


Weekly or Bimonthly Lawn maintenance

  1. mowing and timing of grass

  2. removal of any debris that has accumulated on hard surfaces, turf, planting beds and walkways


*At cemeteries this includes trimming around all gravesites and removal of all clippings from stones..


Fall cleanup

1. removal of debris that has collected on hard surfaces, turf, planting beds, walkways, and areas immediately around the building

2.raking lawns, including a final raking of all fallen leaves

3. removal of damaged or dead branches


The vendor shall comply with all local, state, federal and other applicable codes,


The contractor will need to provide proof of liability insurance and workers comp
