Fuel & Energy Assistance

Stow Heating Assistance Program

The Town of Stow has established a Heating Assistance Program to help residents who could use a hand with purchasing their heating fuel. The program offers qualifying applicants up to 100 gallons of heating fuel, or other heating alternatives.  The program uses donated funds.  As with all general assistance, this is administered anonymously. Please contact your selectman listed on this page for services.

You can also call, text or email 211.  211 is a free confidential referral service that connects people of all ages across Maine to local services.
