Attend Town Meetings
Town Meetings are a cornerstone of local democracy. Come listen, ask questions, and vote on important issues that affect Stow. Everyone is welcome—no prior experience needed!
Join a Board or Committee
Stow has several volunteer boards and committees, such as Planning Board, Budget Committee, Conservation Committee and Cemetery Commission. These groups help shape town policy and decisions.
Run for Office
Have a passion for public service? Consider running for a local elected position, such as Select Board or School Board. Elections are held annually at the town meeting.
Volunteer at Events
